It has been more than 4 (four) years ago since Black U.S. Veteran John Gregory, Jr. passed to the other side on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from medical complications resulting from tortuous medical treatment at the U.S. Veterans Administration in Birmingham. After almost a 2 (two) year delay in appointing an administrator or executor to carry out Mr. Gregory’s last will and testament of a small and very modest estate, Jefferson County Probate Court Judge Alan L. King appointed Attorney of Law Elizabeth (Beth) W. McElroy as Jefferson County’s Public Administrator for the Gregory Estate on May 22, 2013. Both Judge King and McElroy are fully compensated “PUBIC OFFICERS” empowered by the people of JEFFERSON COUNTY and the STATE OF ALABAMA.

The decedent’s real property consist of only a semi-rural residential property and 4 (four) small vacant lots in a traditionally black section of Pratt City, Birmingham. Mr. Gregory built the two (2) bedroom house with his own hands decades ago. He left a small modest checking and savings accounts. There are no stocks, bonds, or 401(s). There are no will contest(s), because the Probate Court Judge Alan King denied probating his last will and testament.

For over 2 (two) years with the heart and cold blood of a snake, McElroy has refused to carry out any of her enumerated duties to Mr. Gregory’s family clearly mandated by the probate code, county law, state and federal constitution. Equally of cold blood, Judge King demands that the family SERVE the whims of McElroy that demand MONEY from the heirs. It isn’t so clear that their refusal to SERVE Mr. Gregory’s family with basic human dignity in the lost of their loved one, and as citizens endowed with the rights, privileges and immunities of the county and state- is part of Birmingham’s tradition of radical racial hatred, intolerance and violence.

However, there is now- absolutely no legal or human JUSTIFICATION for King and McElroy to continually hold the Gregory Estate in a state of indefinite abeyance for nearly 5 (five) years without concluding that there exists a new and vile WICKEDNESS and EVIL PERSONIFIED seething in the open in the PUBLIC DOMAIN. For more than a generation, the State of Alabama and the city of BIRMINGHAM has been like another country, a law and nation onto itself still fighting the Civil War and the U.S. Constitution. Together, they have shocked and rocked the nation and the world with its radical racial extremism, and its tolerance for man’s inhumanity to man during the 20th Century.

The late Harrison Salisbury was a very seasoned and courageous Pulitzer Prize-winning correspondent for The New York Times who roamed some of the world’s most dangerous places and man’s most bloodiest conflicts of the 20th Century such as the Nazi Invasion and Seize of Leningrad. In 1960, the New York Times sent Salisbury into Birmingham to report what was going on- on the ground. Like a war correspondent, he sent back a dispatch from the city that must have startled the nation. In a Times front page headline entitled, “Fear and Hatred Grip Birmingham“, he said, “every channel of communication, every medium of mutual interest, every reasoned approach, every inch of middle ground has been fragmented by the emotional dynamite of racism, enforced by the whip, the razor, the gun, the bomb, the torch, the club, the knife, the mob, the police and many branches of the state’s apparatus.”[10]

Like something out of the TERROR and HELL of a WAR ZONE, this little girl survived the BOMB BLAST that shocked America and heard all over the planet. On September 15, 1963, the club, the mob, the police and many branches of the state’s apparatus was still at war against itself, fellow human beings, non-violent citizens and the children. On that Sunday morning, a BOMB was planted under the steps of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham. The bomb blast injured many, but slaughtered 4 (four) innocent Sunday school children that made the EARTH STAND STILL.

On Monday, September 16, 1963, a young Alabama lawyer named Charles Morgan, Jr., a white man with a young family, a Southerner by heart and heritage, stood up at a lunch meeting of the racially segregated Birmingham Young Men’s Business Club, he said, “Four little girls were killed in Birmingham yesterday. A mad, remorseful worried community asks, “Who did it? Who threw that bomb? Was it a Negro or a white?” The answer should be, “We all did it.” Every last one of us is condemned for that crime and the bombing before it and a decade ago. We all did it.”[11]

“The “who” is every little individual who talks about the “niggers” and spreads the seeds of his hate to his neighbor and his son. The jokester, the crude oaf whose racial jokes rock the party with laughter. The “who” is every governor who ever shouted for lawlessness and became a law violator. It is every senator and every representative who in the halls of Congress stands and with mock humility tells the world that things back home aren’t really like they are. When Morgan concluded, he sat down. There was no applause. There was only silence. Among the young businessmen at that meeting was Judge Alan King’s father, Tom King, that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. identified as one of Birmingham‘s cold blood and EVIL, “segregationists.”[15] Following the speech, the threats began almost immediately. The very next morning, at 5 a.m., Morgan received a call. “Is the mortician there yet?” a voice asked. “I don’t know any morticians,” Morgan responded. “Well, you will,” the voice answered, “when the bodies are all over your front yard.”[16]  The threats against Morgan and his family were very serious and real. He closed down his business practice, and fled BIRMINGHAM.[17]The bombing of the16th Street Baptist Church in BIRMINGHAM that Slaughtered 4 (four) Black Sunday School Children has gone down in history as “One of the Greatest Crimes of Ultimate EVIL in  the 20th Century.”

The Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta, also known as the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM), Order of Malta or Knights of Malta, is a Roman Catholic lay religious order of, traditionally, a military, chivalrous and noble nature. It is the world’s oldest surviving order of chivalry. The SMOM is headquartered in Rome, Italy, and is widely considered a sovereign subject of international law.[18]

Pope Clement V dissolved the Hospitallers’ fellow Knight Brotherhood, the Knights Templar in 1312 with a series of  papal bulls, including the Ad pro.vidam bull, which turned over much of their property to their brothers, the Hospitallers.[19]

Don’t get it twisted, Virginia Military Institute (VMI) that founded Alpha Tau Omega was a full fledge War College. At the outbreak of the Great Civil War, VMI Cadet Corps trained recruits for the Confederate Army in the Richmond area. The Corps was later reconstituted at the Institute to supply officers for the Confederacy. The Cadet Corps were called into active service a number of times that included the infamous Battle of New Market Heights.[21] The cadets that formed ATO were not cherry bottom high school boys. They were seasoned soldiers and KNIGHTS tied together by an ancient secret and sacred knightly and Masonic bond. During the 19th Century, fraternities were organized as “secret blood oath society” Masonic fronts that most of its members have no idea of the fraternal orders’ clandestine roots and ties to the occult.

Most of the VMI cadets that founded the fraternity actually fought in the Battle of New Market Heights. Cadet Otis Allan Glazebrook founded the ATO with Cadets Erskine Mayo Ross and Alfred Marshall on September 11, 1865 at VMI in Lexington, Virginia about 5 (five) months after General Lee’s surrender at Appomattox. Glazebrook fought with Confederate Generals Robert E. Lee and Thomas Stonewall Jackson.[23]

Stratford Hall Plantation in Westmoreland County, VA was the home of four generations of the Lee family of Virginia, including two signers of the Declaration of Independence and it was the birthplace of General Lee (1807–70). Neither General Jackson or General Lee were documented Masons, but it is widely accepted that General Jackson may have belonged to a traveling Military Masonic Lodge during the Mexican War.[24] Only the most powerful are conferred Masonic Invisible Degrees that you can only get by birth to at least a 3 (three) generation ILLUMINATI family.[25] General Lee would certainly qualify under that category to be a member of the ILLUMINATI by birth.

General Ulysses S. Grant’s father and two brothers were members of the Masonic Lodge at Galena, Illinois. The father often told friends that Ulysses intended to petition for the degrees but in the press of duties in the army and the presidency, it was delayed. In 1871, Grant told a group of Knights Templar that when he returned home he would petition Miner’s Lodge No. 273. The Grand Master arranged to make him a Mason “at sight” but Grant died before this could be accomplished. At least, that is what they say.[26] The TRUTH is always another matter with Masons– the Masters of Deception.

 General Grant’s April 9, 1865 terms for surrender at Appomattox, Virginia were far too generous for the Confederacy that initiated America’s most bloodiest and dividing conflicts in history. In effect, General Grant and his staff had given General Lee and his entire army and Confederate Southern Gentlemen blanket pardons. At the Appomattox Courthouse Complex, Grant’s pardons rolled out of the printing presses by the thousands. Grant effectively squelched talk of trying some of them (General Robert E. Lee) for TREASON by threatening to resign if the pardons were not honored and carried out.[27]

The Masonic Brotherhood are bound by “blood oath” to respond and provide with comfort and compassionate assistance to the brethren even at war with brother against brother upon a secret symbol– Distress Call. One Masonic distress call is the common recognized act of surrender.

At Appomattox, General Grant’s adjutant was Lt. Colonel Ely Samuel Parker (1828 – August 31, 1895). Lt. Col. Parker was a Seneca Nation Native American. General Grant insisted on respectfully introducing his staff members to his brethren, General Robert E. Lee individually. The legend is that General Lee courteous, shook each man’s hand. At first, General Lee hesitated shaking Parker’s hand, apparently mistaking him for a black freedman or mulatto. However, most likely from a secret Masonic sign or symbol, he extending his hand to Lt. Col. Parker with the gracious comment, “I am glad to see one real American here.” [28] General Lee’s “Real American” response to Lt. Col. Parker was secretly Masonic Recognition. Masons believed that Native Americans were among the most ancient Masonic Brethren– descendants of one of the Lost Tribes of Israel that colonized America before Christopher Columbus.[29]  Columbus, a Knight (Templar) of Christ, proclaimed that these newly discovered “Indians” were, in fact, of JEWISH ORIGINS. Columbus even suggested that Spain could, “recruit their bodies and their wealth to assist Europeans in a final crusade to crush Islam and reclaim Jerusalem“ (Alan Taylor, American Colonies: The Settlement of North America, 33).[30] According to Mormon (Masonic) Theology, Indians are a lost tribe of Israel.[31]

Since at least 1857 and during the entire Civil War, Lt. Col. Parker had been a close friend, mentor and adviser of General Grant from Galena, Illinois. Parker was a grandson of Red Jacket and nephew of Handsome Lake, competing leaders of New York’s Seneca Nation.

During the late 18th Century, Handsome Lake, guided by 4 (four) ANGELS,[32] accused Red Jacket of witchcraft and Red Jacket accused Handsome Lake of manufacturing his visions.[33] Both were led by an angelic hierarchy of the Masons most likely the ancient biblical ANNUNAKI. Red Jacket had been a British Military Lodge Freemason. He was conferred a British Red Coat during the Revolutionary War. In secret Knight Templar and Masonic Esoteric Cosmology, he was guided by Angelic Beings (Satanic Fallen Angels). Red Jacket had also been a close friend of Master Mason President George Washington.[34] He often wore a large prized medallion around his neck that President Washington gave him to commemorate that friendship.

Lt. Col. Parker was a Master Mason, and the (Grecian) Grand Orator of the Grand Lodge of Illinois. Parker was one of the founders of Miners’ Lodge, No. 273 in Galena. He had set the Lodge’s counter stone. On December 27, 1859, the Lodge celebrated a grand ball on St. John the Evangelist’s Day. For the special affair, Ely S. Parker was clothed in the full uniform of a Knight Templar.[35] Lt. Col. Parker was also a Scottish Rite York Royal Arch Freemason and KNIGHT TEMPLAR. In September 1859, he was the High Priest and one of the founding charter members of the Jo Daviess Charter of Royal Arch, No 5. Illinois, Northern Jurisdiction.[36]

Manly P. Hall said:

“Freemasonry is a fraternity within a fraternity — an outer organization concealing an inner brotherhood of the elect … it is necessary to establish the existence of these two separate and yet interdependent orders, the one visible and the other invisible. Press of duties in the army and the presidency were no barriers to General Grant’s Masonic Lodge membership “at sight.” General Grant was indeed an Invisible Inner Circle Knight Templar and Master Mason conferred the highest Masonic Degrees from his close friend and mentor of the Masonic inner circle fraternity, the KNIGHT TEMPLAR High Priest and Worshipful Master of Miners’ Lodge, No. 273- Lt. Col. Ely S. Parker. It was their interest and grand scheme, not America, to conceal Ulysses S. Grant’s Masonic membership. He was to become the Mason’s Highest Elected Official and Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces of America.

With General Grant and Lt. Col. Parker’s pardon and most likely Invisible Knight Templar and Masonic Degrees tucked under his coattail, General Lee moved to Lexington, VA – home to VMI to become the patron symbol and saint of Confederate Resistance, the Second Civil War and the forefront for the Underground Lost Cause Struggle for a far MORE SECRET HIGH BROTHERHOOD NEW ORDER IN AMERICA.

Alpha Tau Omega & the Initiation Rites of the KNIGHTS OF THE MALTESE CROSS

VMI Cadet Glazebrook , above, founder of ATO publicly claimed  that he wasn’t a Mason, but he surely has John Wilkes Booth’s Hidden Hand Symbol of Albert Pike’s Ultra Clandestine and Violent Counter-Intelligence and Assassination Wing of the Confederate Army-  KNIGHTS OF THE GOLDEN CIRCLE. ILLUMINATI General Robert E. Lee, whose ideals of chivalry and gentlemanly conduct inspired the founders of Alpha Tau Omega, was designated the “Spiritual Founder” of the Order.[37] It owes to “the Prestige of General Lee“- the ILLUMINATI.[38]

“In the beginning … The ceremony, with the members hooded and gowned in white muslin … was clearly borrowed from the rites of medieval chivalry. Thereby initiates … called themselves ‘KNIGHTS OF MALTA’ and ‘KNIGHTS OF THE MALTESE CROSS,’ … The Grand Seal, formerly the coat of arms, painted while this ceremony was being used, symbolizes the IDEALS OF CHIVALRY when they pervaded the Fraternity’s ESOTERIC concepts” (Reno 46).”[39]

The Grand Seal of Alpha Tau Omega, which was formerly the Fraternity’s coat-of-arms, was painted by Richard Norris Brooke of VMI. It was presented and adopted by the Nashville Congress of 1870, and was used while the first ceremony was in use. It illustrates the extent to which the ideas of chivalry pervaded the esoteric (Fallen Angelic Hierarchical) teachings of the Fraternity.[40] On April 10, 1873, President Ulysses S. Grant appointed the above fraternal order artist Richard Brooke of Warrenton, Virginia- American Consul of La Rochelle, France.[41] That’s on the surface and it is very unusual to be appointed consul to 1 (one) European city. More than likely, Brooke was appointed American Consul to the European Councils of Knights Templar.

The Knights Templar had a strong presence in La Rochelle since before the time of Eleanor of Aquitaine, who exempted them from duties and gave them mills in her 1139 Charter. In the Da Vinci Code Theories, the Holy Grail was discovered in the Holy Land and became the possession of the Knights Templar Prince Raymond of Antioch. In 1149, Prince Raymond gave the Grail to his niece Eleanor of Aquitaine, who took it with her to England when she married King Henry II.

La Rochelle was for the Templars their largest base on the Atlantic Ocean, and where they stationed their main fleet. From La Rochelle, they were able to act as intermediaries in trade between England and the Mediterranean. A popular thread of  La Rochelle originating with Holy Blood, Holy Grail has it that the Templars used a fleet of 18 ships which had brought Jacques de Molay from Cyprus to La Rochelle to escape arrest in France. The fleet allegedly left laden with knights and treasures just before the issue of the warrant for the arrest of the Order in October 1307.[42]

Brooke had also been one of the secretaries of R & D (Richmond and Danville) Railroad. R & D was an essential transportation link for the Confederacy throughout the Civil War.[43] Richard Brooke’s direct bloodline was Robert Brooke (1761 – 1800). He was a soldier and a key operative during the American Revolutionary War. In 1794, he represented Spotsylvania (English Knight Alexander Spotswood) County in the house of delegates, and on December 1, of the same year, was elected governor of Virginia. In 1798, he was elected attorney-general of the state, over Bushrod Washington, nephew of General George Washington. Brooke was a Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Virginia.[44]

Brooke’s father was James Vess Brooke. He was an ardent Whig. He served as the Virginia commonwealth attorney, and state secretary of the American Party. He was elected to the convention of 1861, and signed the ordinance of secession. In 1862, he organized and took to the battlefield of the Great War, Brooke’s Battery of the Confederacy, which was attached to Stonewall Jackson’s corps.[45] James Vess Brooke was an active Mason and KNIGHT TEMPLAR- A Direct Brethren Brother of Lt. Col. Ely S. Parker.[46]

Much of the pervading secret Fallen Angel esoteric teachings and knowledge of the Knight Templars, Knights of Malta and Freemasons are contained within Brooke’s Alpha Tau Omega classic illustrated Maltese Cross Seal. The Brooke Family had a long established history in Colonial Virginia with English Colonist Alexander Spotswood, as part of his Knights of the Golden Horseshoe. Spotswood (1676 –1740) was a Lieutenant-Colonel in the British Army and a noted Lieutenant Governor of Virginia.[47] He was known as the Tubal Cain of Virginia.[48]

When a Freemason reaches the 32nd Degree, that of Master Mason, his code word, his password, is Tubal-Cain. Samael with mate LILITH created the offspring, the BAPHOMET.[50], [51]

The Secret of the MARK OF CAIN

The Maltese Cross- MARK OF CAIN, above the DEMON CAIN in a church of dedicated to Saint Magdalene in the remote village of Rennes-le-Château in Southern France  has an extremely long complex occult history that goes back to the 8th Century A.D. There is a Secret and Forbidden Doctrine passed down from CAIN to his descendants that has been preserved in the various secret occult societies that the Holy Grail families have formed throughout the ages.[52] Taken from ancient Sumerian and Babylonian sources before the Bible, CAIN was Adamic (Eve) and a Nodite (Father). The Nodites, named after Nod, were of the Fallen. They are the Nephilim from the Bible and the Igigi from the Sumerian tales. The Adamics and Nodites were constantly at war against each other. Some believe that CAIN’s father was slain by inhabitants of the garden.[53]

It is suggested that the animosity that existed between CAIN and Able was because CAIN’s father was not Adam, but a Nodite (Biblical Nephilim). It is also thought that the Fallen Angel Samael (Satan) appeared to Eve as a serpent, he seduced her. The fruit of that union was CAIN. Samael was essentially the Judaic Lucifer. It may be the basis of an alleged Merovingian assertion that they possessed the BLOOD of both Christ (Adam) and LUCIFER.[54] There is another story that proclaim that CAIN was the son of Adam and Lilith, not Eve. Before becoming Adam’s first wife, Lillith had been the consort of God before coming to Earth as a FALLEN ANGEL.[55]

CAIN murdered his brother, Abel. God banished CAIN to the Land of Nod- east of the Garden of Eden.[56] There is a Secret and Forbidden Doctrine passed down from CAIN to his descendants has been preserved in the various secret occult societies that the Holy Grail families have formed throughout the ages. [57] “MARK of CAIN” – believed to have been inflicted upon Adam’s first son – is said to have been caused by a stone that fell from Lucifer’s Crown during the war in Heaven and bounced off CAIN‘s forehead. According to this lore, the mark was in the shape of a red serpent. The jewel from Lucifer’s crown became a sacred relic, and was handed down dynastically from father to son, eventually coming into the possession of King Solomon.[58]

Consistently, secret and forbidden doctrine, particularly Knights Templar, link CAIN to the Son of Satan (LUCIFER). The MARK of CAIN “CAINSHIP“ is symbolized by a Red Cross surrounded by a Circle. “… the Knights Templar received from Pope Eugenius in 1146 the ‘MARK of CAIN’ as a symbol for their knight order”. Also, “The MARK of CAIN is symbolized by a Red Cross surrounded by a Circle.”[59]

Alpha Tau Omega’s Maltese Cross inside a circle is very similar to Albert Pike’s Ultra Secret Confederate Masonic Army and Assassins Seal, The Knights of the Golden Circle (Golden Dawn), both symbolize the MARK OF CAIN.

Judge Alan King- Invisible Knight of Malta 

Judge Alan King is rapidly moving behind the veil to ULTIMATE POWER and CONTROL in Jefferson County. He stands in the position as the Chief Election Official for Jefferson County. Jefferson County with BIRMINGHAM at its hub is the most populous area in the state. He sits in a position to affect who is elected to local, county, state office, U.S. House of Representatives, Senate and the President in close elections. He is the Chair of the Citizens Supervisory Commission, whatever that maybe beyond being the Chief Election Officer, but it looks like he controls the County Personnel (Civil Service) Board and the Emergency Management Department. How deep is the clandestine BROTHERHOOD OF CAIN in Birmingham, Jefferson County and the State of Alabama?

On August 14, 2013, Julia Ann Rogers, the issue of the body of John Gregory, Jr. filed a formal Complaint against Beth McElroy with the Alabama State Bar, Disciplinary Commission (CSP 2014-571), P.O. Box 671, Montgomery, AL 36101-0671. Basically from the lay perceptive, she complained that she hadn’t heard from McElroy causing the family stress and concern, and that she appeared without authority as an opposing party in her appeal of Judge King’s probate order breaching her fiduciary duties to family.

In May 2014, Diane T. Gray, Investigator/Paralegal for the Office of the General Counsel responded, “In view of the nature and content of the complaint and enclosed response of attorney, we will take no further action in this matter.” (Re: CSP 2014-571, Complaint against Elizabeth Wood McElroy)

Remarkably, Beth McElroy responded exactly as quoted, “On October 9, 2013 I, as Administrator of the Estate of the Estate of John Gregory, Jr., filed a Motion to Dismiss the appeal of the matter by Ms. Rogers because her appeal was untimely pursuant to Ala. Code § 12-22-21 (1975) because it was filed outside the forty-two (42) day time period in which an appeal could have been made.” (Re: CSP 2014-571, Complaint against Elizabeth Wood McElroy)

Well, it wasn’t possible to file an appeal within the statutory limit because McElroy didn’t serve the family with her May 22, 2013 appointment papers, and Judge King’s order denying probate of Mr. Gregory’s Will and the appointment of a county administrator wasn’t served, and it only appeared in the court file after the time limit had run. Plus, the court in which Ms. Rogers filed her appeal was a Court of EQUITY– it had the constitutional power to waive the forty-two (42) day time period violation for good cause such as Lack of NOTICE, DECEPTION, CONCEALMENT AND FRAUD.

Judge King and McElroy didn’t want that on the court record. In 2015, almost 2 (two) years after her August 14, 2013 short lay complaint against McElroy, a detailed COMPLAINT against Attorney at Law Elizabeth W. McElroy was drawn up to date pursuant to the ALABAMA RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT and the Alabama Probate Code in the first person of Mr. Gregory’s Issue of his BODY, Ms. Julia Ann Rogers.

I.

Note: The particular rule violations and comments listed below weren’t included in the original state bar complaint. They, Alabama State Bar, are assumed to know their own rules of conduct.

Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Client-Lawyer Relationship

Rule 1.3. Diligence. A lawyer shall not willfully neglect a legal matter entrusted to him.

Ms. McElroy’s Serious Lack of Competence and Diligence

Almost two (2) year and almost four (4) months after Ms. McElroy has been appointed public administrator of my father’s estate, she has refused to file a signed, notarized initial inventory with the Court listing all known assets (Inventory of Assets) along with their fair market value at date of my father’s death.

The personal representative is statutorily designated as the proper party to act as a quasi-trustee for the benefit of the decedent’s next of kin, and to obtain for such heirs a monetary res. (In re: Samuel Rodgers v. Elizabeth McElroy, as personal representative of the estate of Ron’Drequez Cortez White, Court of Civil Appeals, Case No. 2110364)

She was charged with properly prosecuting my father’s wrongful-death action against the U.S. Veterans Administration. However, Ms. McElroy refused to communicate with me or any heirs about my father’s federal claim or anything else for over a year!

Due to the unnecessary and serious delay in the settlement of the estate and the hostile conduct and attitude of Elizabeth McElroy, on September 09, 2014, I filed an federal court action against Ms. McElroy, Dr. Ahmed Ali and the U.S. Veterans Administration under equity jurisdiction to stay the statue of limitation lapse of my father’s federal tort claim for wrongful death.

Under the unusual circumstances of this case, the federal court granted a stay to allow me time to move through state procedures to remove Ms. McElroy as the administrator as soon as possible (Rogers v. McElroy, etc., District Court Northern District of Alabama Southern Division, Case No. CV-14-BE-1728-S).

On October 20, 2014,  I appeared before Probate Judge Alan King on the PETITION to Remove Public Administrator Elizabeth McElroy from my father’s estate. (In the Estate of John Gregory, Jr., Case No. 213224).

On October 20, 2014, Probate Judge Alan King ruled that he lacked jurisdiction to hear the petition to remove, because the case was still pending in Jefferson County, Alabama, Circuit Court of Appeals, Case No. 2013-000611.00 (In the Estate of John Gregory, Jr., Case No. 213224).

On December 13, 2014, I petitioned the Circuit Court to remove McElroy as the public administrator of the estate. Instantly from his office desk, Judge Graffeo ruled that he also “LACKED JURISDICTION” to hear the petition to remove McElroy.

Judge Graffeo then personally ordered the clerks of the court not to file my petition to remove McElroy. Clerks of the court encouraged me to leave the courthouse building, immediately. Judge Graffeo subsequently ordered the court clerk to refund my $100.00 jury fee that had been posted pursuant to my August 14, 2013 Circuit Court appeal of Probate Court Judge King’s May 22, 2013 Order (Case no. 2013-000611.00). I was virtually thrown out of the circuit court. I was afraid that they would attack and arrest me if I didn’t leave the building immediately.

On April 27, 2015, while I was desperately seeking counsel(s) and resources for a possible timely state procedure/remedy to remove McElroy from my father’s estate beyond Probate Court Judge King and Circuit Court Judge Graffeo in the state appellate court or Alabama Supreme Court, the District Court Northern District of Alabama Southern Division, Case No. CV-14-BE-1728-S , dissolved my stay and dismissed my case in equity due to McElroy’s (statutorily designated as the proper party) refusal to settle my father’s estate, period, or take any action to pursue or protect my father’s federal tort claim, the res of the estate. Again, she wouldn’t talk or communicate with me about my father’s federal tort claim or anything else.

A

Ms. McElroy Refuse to File Inventory of Assets

McElroy had a duty to file a signed, notarized initial inventory with the Court listing all my father’s known assets within forty-five (45) days of her appointment over two (2) years ago, at the date of the filing of this complaint, she continues to refuse to file and serve an inventory of my fathers known assets, which I now own a part of through intestate succession.

Ms. McElroy Refuse to File Statement of Heirs

After over two (2) years, she refuses to determine the heirs of my father’s estate. She won’t file the Statement of Heirs. Two of my brothers with issue died before my father, she won’t communicate with any of us whether or not this could or may be an issue of case.

Ms. McElroy Refuse to File An Accounting of the Estate

Two (2) year and almost four (4) months after Ms. McElroy has been appointed administrator of my father’s estate, she refuses to give me notice of the property that she has collected, and the bills paid. She won’t communicate with any of us about our own inherited property.

At this very late state of affairs of my father’s estate, damages accrue daily to my inherited property. She has abandoned my father’s real property. The real property is in the state of decay and deterioration. The home owners insurance has been dropped due to the deterioration of the property. Utilities have terminated on the property. During her tenure as estate administrator, I (the heirs) have lost the fair rental value of the property.

Ms. McElroy’s two (2) year delay in filing necessary mandatory estate documents, communicating and informing me about my inherited property, and the general unnecessary and extreme delay in the administration of my father’s estate has/is causing me great of frustration, nervousness, distress, anxiety and mental anguish.

Ms. McElroy Won’t Communicate with Me or the Heirs

She refuse to serve me with her letters of administration. I demanded that she serve her letters of administration about two years ago. She won’t answer any of my letters addressed to her about my father’s property. She won’t answer any of my letters urging her to help us take immediate action to stop the decay and deterioration of my property She won’t answer any of my letters about delinquent taxes on the house or the termination of home insurance and utilities. She won’t talk or communicate with us. However, she communicated one THING to me. Her one verbal demand was very crystal clear to me and my brother, “WHERE IS YOUR FATHER’S MONEY!”

What MONEY? If my father had any MONEY, it was his to spend and do what he pleased with it. If he buried his MONEY in the ground, it was his MONEY to do with it at his own very WHIM.

Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Client-Lawyer Relationship

Rule 1.7. Conflict of Interest: General Rule

Comment

Loyalty is an essential element in the lawyer’s relationship to a client… As a general proposition, loyalty to a client prohibits undertaking representation directly adverse to that client without that client’s consent. Paragraph (a) expresses that general rule. Thus, a lawyer ordinarily may not act as advocate against a person the lawyer represents in some other matter, even if it is wholly unrelated.

Ms. McElroy’s Conflict of Interest in CV-2013-000611.00

In August 2013 within a reasonable time after I discovered on my own accord that Probate Court Judge Alan King denied probating my father’s Last Will and Testament, I appealed the court’s decision to the Circuit Court, CV-2013-000611.00. I had not been served with Judge King’s Order denying probating my father’s will or the order appointing a public administrator to the estate.

Ex parte Samuel Rodgers PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS (In re: Samuel Rodgers v. Elizabeth McElroy, as personal representative of the estate of Ron’Drequez Cortez White, deceased) (Jefferson Circuit Court, CV-10-2979; Court of Civil Appeals, 2110364), the Alabama Supreme Court told her that she acts as a personal representative, she acts as an agent of legislative appointment for the effectuation of the legislative policy, “… a quasi trustee for those who are entitled thereto under the statute of distribution.”

On October 09, 2013, Ms. McElroy, my legislative entrusted trustee,, without notice to me or the heirs improperly and irregularly filed with the Jefferson County, Alabama, Circuit Court of Appeals, a MOTION TO DISMISS MY APPEAL to deliberately prejudice and frustrate my efforts to mitigate damages and move the estate along on a timely basis. She advocated against me and subsequently prejudiced me so greatly that Judge Graffeo of the circuit dismissed my appeal with PREJUDICE in response to her formal motion to dismiss my case without my response or a hearing.

Ms. McElroy prejudiced me so much and so intensively that Judge Graffeo closed the district court doors in the my face. He purged my case permanently from the civil appeals calendar closing any adequate speedy state remedy to appeal, and remove McElroy from my father’s estate. In over two (2) years, she has not pursued any actions on my behalf to effectuate state law and policy to distribute the assets of my father’s estate.

III.

Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Client-Lawyer Relationship

Rule 1.15. Safekeeping Property.

A lawyer should hold property of others with the care required of a professional fiduciary. Ms. McElroy’s Refuses to Safe keep Any of My Property

For over two (2) years, Ms. McElroy has and still refuse to inform me, heirs or the court where my father’s money is that she has seized, and what she has in fact collected and seized of his estate. She hasn’t and will not safe keep my father’s house and lot. She refuses to inform us of the existence of any account(s) to the pay the taxes, creditors, insurance, and utilities on my father’s real estate. She wont’ inform us or show me, the heirs or the court any books, ledgers, receipts for any interest(s) received from accounts, or any incoming or outgoing receipts. She won’t communicate with any of us about anything about our own inherited property, and its been going on for over two (2) years.

IV.

Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Maintaining the Integrity of the Profession Rule 8.4. Misconduct

It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to: …

(b) Commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects;

(c) Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;

(d) Engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice; …

(g) Engage in any other conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness to practice law.

Ms. McElroy’s Misconduct

Ms. McElroy’s demand is that we (I) pour over into the estate some unknown substantial amount of money that she has formed an opinion from some source (word of mouth) that my father may or should have had at his death. I don’t have that type of money. From my brother and I, she demanded to know “where’s your father’s money?” Until that time that we produce a substantial amount of money to turn over to her, she has refused to talk to us, or administer my father’s estate according to the letter of Alabama State Probate Law.

Dear Ms. Rogers:

We are in receipt of your request for reconsideration of the above-referenced matter. The Alabama State Bar only has violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Your initial complaint, the respondent attorney’s response, and your recent request were independently reviewed by two lawyers in this office. They have concluded that there appears to be no new information which warrants a formal investigation. Therefore, no further action will be taken in this matter in accordance with our earlier decision.

Interestingly, this time nobody in general counsel’s office not even a paralegal had the conviction to sign their name to the B.S. In the first instance, Ms. Rogers’ complaint against Beth McElroy was not a plea for reconsideration of the facts or newly discovered evidence that existed on August 14, 2013.

Rule 1.3. Diligence

“No new information which warrants a formal investigation” – since August 14, 2013, Beth McElroy has not performed any of her duties as an estate administrator (state official) mandated by law and state and federal constitution. EYES WIDE SHUT.

8.4. Misconduct

The issue of Beth McElroy demanding MONEY from the family before she performs any of her county and state mandated duties wasn’t brought up on August 14, 2013, and even if it was- a continuing 2 (year) refusal to perform any of her estate administrator duties until she is paid should be like “icing on the cake” for criminal EXTORTION.

In Alabama, “A person commits the crime of extortion if he knowingly obtains by threat control over the property of another, with intent to deprive him of the property.” (Acts 1977, No. 607, p. 812, §3235.)

In Alabama, “(13) THREAT. A menace, however communicated, to: i. Take action as an official against anyone or anything, or WITHHOLD OFFICIAL ACTION, or cause such action or WITHHOLDING… (Definitions Generally, 13A/8/1)” EYES WIDE SHUT! 

This is only 2 (two) examples of the state bar’s sudden infliction of gross blindness in the Case of the QUEEN BEE. It certainly appears clear that for some of the State Bar’s Inner Circle and Powerful Influenced Secret Society BRETHREN, you only get one bite at the apple, or NO BITE AT ALL. Lately, it seems as though in this country when the American political system is in trouble or it appears or perceived to be in national or global trouble or crisis , it lines up and march out a hapless mind controlled Manchurian Candidate to distract and deceive the PEOPLE.  The last three, Vester Lee Flanagan III, Shannon J. Miles and Chris Harper Mercer have been BLACK.  It seems as though they are  rolling out more and more of some of society’s most powerless mentally ill  and perverted-disturbed brothers to be their PASTIES- BLACK MANCHURIAN CANDIDATES. 

In August 2015, things weren’t sitting too pretty for the National Fraternity of Police. The Sandra Bland July 13, 2015 controversial arrest and death in the hands of local police was still shaking up the nation. The police slayings of unarmed young Black males, Eric Garner in NY, 12 year old Tamir Rice of Cleveland, OH, Michael Brown of Ferguson, MO, Freddie Gray in Baltimore, MD, and many other people of color were still sparking protests in cities across the country, and national political upheaval.

Demonstrators had taken to the streets of Ferguson. It had become a flash-point again to mark the sad anniversary of the police slaying of unarmed 18-year-old Michael Brown on August 9, 2014.[1] In late August 2015, a municipal court judge in Ferguson announced sweeping changes to the city’s court system, including an order to withdraw all arrest warrants issued in that city before December 31, 2014.

Ferguson’s Municipal Court was found to have engaged in racially discriminatory practices that disproportionately and unfairly affected the poor and people of color. The judge found, “The combination of racial profiling and revenue-based policing creates massive animosity between people in the community and police. It does not increase public safety.”[2]

On August 28, 2015, the execution-style killing of Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy Darren Goforth by a black man in Houston, TX went global. Texas law enforcement officials tried to tie Goforth’s slaying to Black Lives Matter. President Obama immediately jumped on the bandwagon, and used the opportunity to turn the tides of global opinion against police abuse of power and executions of black and brown citizen. He openly grand stand-ed VIOLENCE AGAINST POLICE OFFICERS. He spoke with Darren Goforth’s wife, Kathleen Goforth. The White House says Obama conveyed his condolences and told Goforth THAT he’ll keep highlighting the uncommon bravery of police officers. Obama says Goforth’s killing was contemptible and “AN AFFRONT TO CIVILIZED SOCIETY”. Obama placed the HIGHLY PUBLICIZED special call to Kathleen Goforth from Air Force One as he flew to Alaska.[4]

Shannon J. Miles was arrested and charged with the murder of Deputy Goforth. According to his mother, Shannon has suffers severe mental illness most of life like Chris Harper Mercer. In 2012, he had been declared mentally “incompetent” to stand trial for an assault on a fellow homeless man over a TV remote and programming. Of course, officials are still unclear as to what it could have been that provoked the killing, as they cannot find any connection between Goforth and Miles, because there isn’t one. Shannon has shown no interest in politics, Black nationalism or Black Lives Matter. Shannon has no work history. He couldn’t buy a gun even if he possessed the mental capacity to want to. Like Chris, due to mental instability, Shannon appears to be socially dysfunctional. He appears to have no  girlfriend or friends. Well, it comes to light that on the night of Goforth’s slaying, witnesses reported to a news station something very unusual and out of the ordinary that nobody seems willing to talk about or acknowledge.

Witnesses saw a woman in dressy clothing crying over the deputy’s body. Three weeks after Deputy Goforth was gunned down, the news station uncovered court documents shedding light on a witness to the lawman’s murder and her relationship to the deputy. The eyewitness, who is not named in the court documents dated September 16, said she had an adulterous “romantic relationship” with the ever so internal “ethical” with the moral compass Goforth “during the preceding 15 months.”[5]

Hapless mentally disabled and defenseless Shannon didn’t have a motive to harm anyone unless you turned the channel from his favorite television program, but it appears that somebody at the scene could have had a motive to kill Goforth. And, it is being covered up. Shannon is like hapless mentally disabled Chris Harper Mercer, unable to help themselves even if they could. As you know, Chris is DEAD and Shannon is held indefinitely for murder most likely under a strict regiment of Psychotic Drugs and he most likely knows not where he is.

Just days after the Umpqua Community College shootings, President Obama made a special trip to Roseburg, Oregon for closed-door visits with families of the shooting victims. He is using the hapless Black Manchurian Candidate Chris Sean Harper-Mercer and the Roseburg incident, in particular, to justify using his sole presidential executive powers on national GUN CONTROL.[11]

According to an investigative report in the Washington Times, U.S intelligence did not concur with then Secretary of State Clinton’s public rationale for invading Libya, a military action that was never approved by the United States Congress. She had claimed Qaddafi was planning to commit acts of genocide aimed at liquidating his regime’s detractors. But intelligence operatives “had come to the opposite conclusion: that [Qaddafi] would not risk world outrage by killing civilians en  masse even as he tried to crush the rebellion in his country.”[14]

Citing secret Libyan intelligence documents, the Washington Times reported that Libyan officials were worried back in 2011 that weapons were being directed to NATO-supported rebels with ties to al-Qaeda. “The reports included a 16-page list of weapons that Libyans supposedly tracked to the rebels from Western sources or their allies in the region,” according to the newspaper.[15]

“NATO has given permission to a number of weapons-loaded aircraft to land at Benghazi airport and some Tunisian airports,” the intelligence report stated. Libyan officials said they were worried that the weapons and training provided to the anti-Qaddafi rebels would spread in the region and find their way to Benghazi, Libya’s second-largest city.[16] Getting Qaddafi out of the way was long a part of President Obama’s plan to help the Islamist movement in Northern Africa and the Middle East. Qaddafi was viewed as unsympathetic to the resurgent jihadists in his region and so he had to be eliminated.

It should be odd to any citizen of the United States and globally that in this 21st Century, there are absolutely no surveillance videos that captured Chris on the Umpqua campus or assaulting anyone. We have to believe that Chris, a confirmed intellectual or developmental disabled person, was able to beat and outwit a universal surveillance system. At 26 years old, there are only a hand full of picture photos of Chris in adulthood.  He has no work history. He has no known source of income, and nobody has stepped forward to call him a friend. It doesn’t make any sense.

Chris was on a regiment of psychotic drugs that helped stabilize him. His mother, Laurel Harper, “She said: ‘He has some psychological problems. Sometimes he takes his medication, sometimes he doesn’t. And that’s where the big problem is, when he doesn’t take his medication.’ ” In Oregon when the problem developed regarding his refusal to take his drugs, she took him back to California to a psychiatric facility, Del Amo Behavioral Health, a hospital in Torrance. The hospital specializes in Trauma Model Therapy.

One of Reichsführer SS-1 Heinrich Himmler’s most senior and sinister espionage SS officers, Hauptsturmführer Baron Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing, the BEAST of Bucharest, Romania, changed venue from Germany to the United States in 1954.

The Late Great Mae Brussell called Baron von Bolschwing the “most important Nazi” in United States of America.[25] He also had to have been one of the “most mysterious, powerful and dangerous Nazis” on the planet- America’s Best Kept Secret. Baron von Bolschwing was one of the Nazi architects and godfathers of the current racialist state of Zionist ISRAEL.[26]

One of his first brushes with Nazi espionage work, according to captured SS records, was a role in creating a covert agreement between the Nazis and Fieval Polkes, right above, a commander of the militant Zionist organization Haganah, whom Von Bolschwing had met through business associates in the Mid-East.[27] Under the arrangement the Haganah was permitted to run recruiting and training camps for Jewish youth inside Germany. These young people, as well as certain other Jews driven out of Germany by the Nazis, were encouraged to emigrate to Palestine. The Haganah became a full-scale defense force following the 1936-1939 Arab revolt and, by 1941, consisted of three main units: the Field Corps (the main ground force), Guard Corps, and the Palmach. Around the year 1300, Teutonic Knight Giselbert I built the moat Bodelschwingh Castle on oak poles in Dortmund, Germany. Recall the Knights Templar was disbanded and persecuted by the Vatican in 1307. Templar Knights and what was left of their organization was absorbed by Maltese Knights and Teutonic Order. The Bodelschwingh castle has been the residence of the ancestors of the Knight since the 13th century and is a private residence of the family today.[34]

Otto Albrecht von Bolschwing was born in Schonbruch, East Prussia (now: Szczurkowo, Poland) on October 15, 1909.[35] In the 14th Century, Szczurkowo (Schönbruch) first appeared in the history as the conquered property of Teutonic Knights.[36] For a long time, the property in Schönbruch belonged to the knightly family of Botho-Heinrich von Eulenburg-Wicken. He had been the Prime Minister of Prussia from 1892-1894. In fact during the 1960s-1970S, there were a number of other organizations and agencies courageously involved in protecting and defending the PEOPLE against Lucifer’s Servants. At the posting of the last article, I didn’t know anything in particular about the alleged details of Chris Harper- Mercer’s alleged 6 (six) page MANIFESTO. I didn’t know about Aleister Crowley’s 666 within the document. It is an alleged manifesto, because it has not been released to the public. If Mercer had ranted about the extremes of Islam, or screamed about Racism and Race Wars, it would certainty have been made public.

“Some early reports claimed that Mercer’s attack was racially motivated, with some connecting him to the Black Lives Matter movement. But online writings from Mercer himself showed disdain for the movement and backing of law enforcement officials.”[41]

Those details leaked from Mercer’s Manifesto to PEOPLE magazine does not link him to Black Lives Matter, ISIL, al-Qaeda or Islamic Terrorism that Project MOCKINGBIRD corporate mass media has been desperately seeking to connect him to.

“The guy did this strictly for SATANIC purposes,” the source told PEOPLE magazine. “He did it to become a God in HELL. He wants to be EVIL. That is his goal, to serve SATAN.”[42]  The Manifesto link Mercer to Right Wing Conservative Republicanism and SATAN. He was a devotee to LUCIFER. He even allegedly wrote the number 666 –MARK OF THE BEAST on a sheet of papers that he handed to a victim on the day of the alleged slaughter of innocence.

Modern Satanism is linked to Aleister Crowley. One source have identified the Great BEAST 666 as one of founders of the Tavistock Institute. Tavistock stemmed from the ideas of H.G. Wells, head of British Intelligence. Crowley initiated H.G. Wells and Aldous Huxley, one of the British Godfathers of CIA MK ULTRA, into the Satanic Occult. MK ULTRA is deeply rooted in Crowley’s Satanic Ritual Control Systems.

Chris‘ programming most likely involved a highly organized hierarchical and complicated Satanic Ritual System. This Satanic Ritual System programming is intended to produce a “Total Mind Controlled Slave” who is part of the army of mind-controlled slaves, who are the SOLDIERS of SATAN used by the Dark Empire of Secret Societies in its assault on Natural Moral Order on Earth. In the ritual system, there are demons, SATANS, LUCIFERS, high priests and priestesses as well as representatives of members who have authority in the person’s life. Every layer in the system has a primary trainer and various guards to keep all of alters in order and obedient- a slave to the OVERLORD which is usually SATAN.  Chris Sean Harper- Mercer was a special education needs student entitled to a free and appropriate public education available to all eligible children at no cost to parents. Normally, a special education needs student receive periodic Individual Educational Plans (IEP). It seems as though Harper- Mercer home school district’s IEP team made a determination that the public school system could no longer meet his needs and that he would benefit from a referral to a nonpublic school. Harper- Mercer was referred to Switzer Learning Center, Torrance, CA.

The Center was founded in 1966 by the late Psychiatrist, Dr. Janet Switzer.[43] Dr. Switzer is linked to Harvard University’s Judge Baker Guidance Clinic in Boston. She taught at notorious MK ULTRA institutions, University of Hawaii (President Obama’s Mother, Ann Dunham) and at UCLA (CIA Mind Control Maestro, Dr. Louis “Jolly” West).[44]

Dr. Switzer’s thinking and prevailing psychoanalytic theories were clarified by the Reiss Davis Child Study Center and the Marianne Frostig Center.[45] Both are notorious TAVISTOCK INSTITUTIONS. Created at Oxford in 1921 by the Royal Institute for International Affairs, with later funding from the Rockefeller Foundation, the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations is the nerve center for the “GLOBAL MANIPULATION OF HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS.”

Not long after Tavistock was set up by co-founder John Rawlings Rees and others, it became the core of Britain’s Psychological Warfare Bureau, studying the effects of shell shock on British soldiers. Tavistock also played a crucial role in the creation of the OSS (the precursor to the CIA), under the guidance of Dr. Kurt Lewin, with help from Allen Dulles, the German Nazis and the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff. Tavistock Clinic notables include Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung (philosophic mysticism), MELANIE KLEIN (object relations/child psychology), R.D. Aside from helping to create the CIA, Tavistock was also the major force behind the formation of NATO and is deeply connected to the Club of Rome. The Club of Rome works with Tavistock to create propaganda and crisis in order to manipulate the world’s population in a pre-determined direction, toward a collectivist, one world socialistic dictatorship (Psy Ops: staged events to manipulate public opinion). During the late 1940s in London, Melanie KLEIN’S ideas came into conflict with Sigmund Freud’s  psychoanalyst daughter, Anna Freud (right). According to the Westcar Papyrus, King Sneferu is in a melancholic mood. He is bored and so he wanders through every room of his palace, to seek some distraction. When unsuccessful, he orders to his servants: “Go and bring the high lector priest and scribe of the books, Djadjaemankh, to me.” The summoned is brought to Sneferu at once. Sneferu says to Djadjaemankh: “I have passed every chamber of my palace to find some distraction, but I couldn’t find any.” Djadjaemankh replies: “May thy majesty go to the lake of the palace, after a bark has been prepared with all the beauties from inside the palace. The heart of highness will be cheering up seeing them rowing to and fro. You will see the beautiful bird’s marshes of the lake and their banks then and thine heart will become happy when recognizing their beautiful realms.”

Sneferu says: “Truly, I shall arrange such a rowing trip. Let me be brought 20 oars made of ebony, decorated with gold, their handles made of seqab-wood, covered with dja’am. Let me also be brought 20 virgin maidens with perfect bodies and well-developed bosoms, compassed with braided hairs. Let them be draped in nets after they have disrobed their clothes.”

King Sneferu’s Royal Boat

All things Sneferu wished are done. And so they row to and fro and Sneferu’s heart is gladdened when he sees the girls row. Then it happens that the stroke maiden goes through her braids with her fingers and a hair pendant in the shape of a fish, made of malachite, falls into the water of the lake. The stroke maiden becomes silent in shock and grief and stops specifying the clock. Her complete line of rowers becomes silent, too, and they all stop rowing. Sneferu asks: “Shouldn’t you row…?”

The rowers answer: “Our stroke became silent, without rowing.” Sneferu consults the stroke maiden: “That you don’t row any further, has which reason?” The woman answers: “This fish-pendant made of fresh beaten malachite is the reason. It fell into the water.” Sneferu brings the stroke maiden back to her seat and offers: “Let me give you a duplicate of your pendant as a substitute.”

The woman says: “I prefer to receive my property back than having a duplicate.” The king orders now: “Go and bring the high lector priest Djadjaemankh to me.” And Djadjaemankh is brought to Sneferu at once. The ruler says: “Djadjaemankh, my brother, I have done all things that you have advised and the heart of thy majesty was refreshed when seeing the maidens rowing. Then a fish pendant made of fresh beaten malachite, belonging to the stroke maiden, fell into the water. She became silent, without rowing. So it came that she distracted the whole rowing line. I asked her: ‘Why don’t you row?’ and she said: ‘That fish-pendant made of fresh beaten malachite is the reason. It fell into the water.’ And I replied to her: ‘Row! See, I’m someone who replaces it.’ But the maiden said: ‘I prefer my own property before some substitute.'”

Djadjaemankh utters a secret spell which makes the waters of the lake move, so that one half side of the lake now rests on the other half. The water which had been 12 cubits in height becomes now 24 cubits at one side, whilst the other side is dry now. Djadjaemankh enters the lake’s ground and picks up the lost fish-pendant, which was lying on a pot-shard. He brings the amulet back to the stroke maiden and then removes the waters magically back to their original positions. Sneferu spends the rest of the day celebrating together with his royal palace and Djadjaemankh is rewarded generously by the king.[5]

Malachite is one of the most ancient stones ever used in jewelry and ornaments. It was also a magical, spiritual energy and healing stone which calms and soothes frayed nerves. The ancients used the Power of Malachite to effect great change within their physical bodies, healing at the cellular level. This many layered stone assist in grounding nervous or excess energy, allowing the Crown Charka to open more fully allowing the channeling of higher energy frequencies.[6] Malachite mines were developed in Kemet around 4000 B.C. It was also used to prepare cosmetic and eye ointments. In Ancient Kemet, Malachite was devoted to Goddess Hathor. She was called the “Lady of Greenstone and Malachite.”[7]

Pharaoh Sneferu, Djadaejankh, and the beautiful young women isn’t an ancient pornographic tale about a nasty old man and his lust being re-awaken by the naked bodies of young women. It is much more and its message is as complex as it is hidden and ancient. It is a textbook passed down throughout the ages of the sacred feminine. Pharaoh Sneferu was no insignificant figure in human history. His Horus name was Nebmaat. As pharaoh, he was Kemet’s GREAT GRAND MASTER, High Priest and Guardian of Osirisian/Isis Mysteries. He had to have been one of the most important pharaohs in the history of Kemet. He founded the Pyramid and Golden Age of the 4th dynasty of Kemet. Sneferu may probably be credited with developing the pyramid into its true form. He built a series of “regional” or provincial pyramids across the “Two Lands” all the way up south to Elephantine Island.[8]

The 4th Dynasty was the Great Pyramid Age. These pharaohs and their societies were the world’s first Mega-Builders. They erected stone structures with skills, feats and power that 5,000 years later- it stills defy the laws of nature and science.

Pharaoh Kharfre, “Appearing like Re”

Sneferu’s son was Khufu: builder of the Great Pyramid. Menkaure (2575 to 2465 BC)  was his great grandson: builder of the Third Pyramid of Giza. Sneferu’s grandson was Kharfre: builder of the Second Pyramid.[9]  Sneferu was deified as Kemet’s “ideal” king, who’s deeds were emulated by later kings to justify their legitimacy to the throne. Ancient literature repeatedly depicts him as a humble ruler who would address common people as “my friend” and “my brother“. He was also a feared Warrior-King that secured the borders of Kemet up to Libya.[10] The Third Dynasty and Sneferu’s Fourth Dynasty also extended Kemet’s empire most likely beyond the Land of Canaan (Israel).

In 2013, part of Sneferu’s great grandson Menkaure’s Sphinx was unearthed at the archaeological palace-temple site of Tel Hazor, north of the Sea of Galilee, Israel.[11]

This is a well preserved powerful Sphinx of Amenemhat III (1844–1797 B.C) of the 12th Dynasty that may give some idea of what Menkaure’s Sphinx may have looked like.

It appears that King Menkaure followed his great-grandfather’s teachings in that the above timeless amazing and beautiful work of art demonstrates without a doubt that he loved and adorned Goddess Hathor– sacred feminine. She also loved and adorned the King and held him in balance with the cosmos of the universe for all the world to see.

As the group and initiates danced to the hypnotic rhythm of the drums, she would approach mostly young females then select one by the tap of the white cane on the floor in front of her to celebrate the fertility and motherhood rite. Not every much is known or told about Frenchman Claude Gillot (1673-1722). He was a weird and strange man, and one of France’s elite leading painters of the era. Like Dürer and Baldung, he undoubtedly was a secret elite society Satanist, Sorcerer and Witch.

Gillot was credited with creating the “HOMEAGE TO THE DEVIL”, and the Kiss of Shame (ocsulum infame). Gillot’s Sabbath took place in a dark cave, the DEVIL being shown on the right in the form of a large goat (PAN). There are two cats and a snake in the lower left corner. The origin of PAN dates at least back to 6th Century BC Thebes, Greece.[35] Walpurgis Night (Walpurgisnacht) is a traditional spring festival celebrated on April 30 or May 1 in large parts of Central and Northern Europe. In Germanic folklore, Walpurgisnacht, also called Hexennacht literally “Witches’ Night“. It is believed to be the night of a witches’ meeting on the Brocken, the highest peak in the Harz Mountains, a range of wooded hills in central Germany between the rivers Weser and Elbe. The first known written occurrence of the English translation “Walpurgis Night” is from the 19th century.[36]

After my last post, PART I, DRAKE, THE FALSE KING OF HIP HOP, TRIBE OF DAN & THE DEVIL’S PROPHESY, I began to ask myself about this Satanic/Nazi Rabbit Hole in Hip Hop and Rap. Are they really serious about this stuff? How far and how deep does it really go. I wasn’t really sure. Is this stuff really, REAL? My mind rolled over and over again. I couldn’t rest or sleep night after night. I questioned myself. I began to develop some reservations and doubts about the bona fide significance of the Satanic New Age to my community. These people can’t really be serious. My conscious kept telling me. Then, I received a strange confirmation and affirmation that told me to be at rest in mind, spirit and courage, and keep going. I am not far off. These people are indeed serious. They will multiple and go to the ends of the earth to keep the people from the TRUTH.

On Sunday, DAVID BOWIE passed. I was absolutely surprised when I discovered corporate mass media and the Hip Hop and Rap industry’s reaction to his DEATH. Many of them paid reverence and somewhat worship to this ILLUMINATI Nazi, Crowley-iate, Luciferian and a DEMON WITCH as if he had been a saint, folk hero, or head of state.

On Sunday, January 10, 2016 at 10:30 p.m., London, United Kingdom, David Bowie’s Facebook page announced that he had passed. Today, four (4) days later on Thursday, January 14,  I discovered that his body had been secretly cremated allegedly without any of his family or friends present. There was no formal viewing, visitation, or ceremony. Cremation by Fire, he got on the first thing on the highway to HELL just like the Great BEAST 666.

The Great BEAST 666 Aleister Crowley died on Monday, December 1, 1947 in Hastings, United Kingdom. His body was cremated four (4) days later on Friday, December 5. There was also no formal viewing, visitation, ceremony, service or a public memorial, but there were rumors that a secret Black Mass had instantly taken place.

At the crematorium when Crowley‘s body arrived, there were a few mourners in the chapel. Trusted friend, Louis Wilkinson, read Crowley‘s poem, Hymn to PAN. As Wilkinson intoned, “Io Pan!” Lo Pan, Pan! The small group chanted back, “LO PAN” then quickly parted. Blackstar, “Lo PAN”

On January 8, 2016, Bowie released his last album, Blackstar (stylized as ★,the PENTAGRAM) on his birthday just two (2) days before his death.[33] Some say that Blackstar was a gift of prophesy that he left to the world knowing that he was about to die. Well, Bowie wasn’t interested in the world. He was interested in passing down some prophesy to the Disciples of HELL, not the general public. He was what he was before and the day he died- a PAN-sexual SETHIAN (Satanist).

During the late 19th Century and early 20th Century, Crowley and the members of the Satanic Cult, Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, were among the world’s first and early Egyptologists.[35] Crowley created his entire Satanic (Sethian) foundation narrative from Kemetic cosmology. Kemet was his source of Hermetic authority. Crowley synthesized the romantic and scholarly constructions of Kemet inherited from the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. As well, he had the use of two prominent members of the order that allowed him special access to Egyptological collections within museums.

Kemet provided Crowley with both a conceptual structure within which to legitimize his reformation of Golden Dawn rituals and cosmology. Crowley and the Golden Dawn were very acute students and uncommon experts in Egyptology (Kemetology). They were among the first in the modern western world that began to decipher hieroglyphs and construe Kemetic mythology, cosmology and history.[36]

In 1904, Cairo, Egypt, Aleister Crowley received The Book of the Law as dictated from a demon called Shaitan– Aiwass.[37] Aiwass was the minister of Hoor-paar-Kraat.[38] Aleister Crowley’s disciple Kenneth Grant identified Shaitan with SATAN: “Shaitan, Satan or SET (SETH) is Hoor-paar-Kraat, the concealed aspect of Horus, whose manifest side is Ra-Hoor-Khuit.[39]

These people and their disciples are not to be taken too lightly or dismissed. They possess enough ancient knowledge about Kemet to manufacture, mislead, conceal, deceive, disguise, and trick the unknowing about the true history of Kemet, and its mythology and cosmology. I am quite sure that they possess secret Kemetic manuscripts and artifacts that may never reach the light of day.

In Blackstar [Lo Pan], the references to Ormen and Ah, Ah, Ah, Ah inserted as lyrics in his musical piece are absolutely gibberish designed to mislead the unknowing. Bowie was a student, devotee and disciple of the Great BEAST 666 Aleister Crowley and the Order of the Golden Dawn.[40] I wouldn’t dismiss anything that he says too lightly. In the “The Lost Symbol’ and ‘Da Divanci Code“, Amen-Ra secretly manifest itself in the lore of Knights Templar and Freemasonry, but in a stolen and bastardized form. In the novel, The Lost Symbol, Robert Langdon explained to his students at Harvard University how he prayed to RA during full moon nights with others who believed in this mystical Egyptian King, who many advised was a being of another world. Langdon went on to explain how George Washington, too, prayed to Amen-Ra.  Christians say “Amen” at the end of each prayer. In many stories, they talk of PAN as a shape-shifter and trickster. Satyrs in general are known to play tricks on people, especially children, for their amusement. It is from the name PAN that this word derived.

Out of all the planets in our solar system, Venus is the brightest planet, Saturn is only brighter than Mercury, the less brightest but it appears visible in the night sky. However it seems that in remote antiquity, Saturn must have been much more brighter than it is today. Before 3114 BC in Kemet, Saturn was called RA (the “Sun”). Thus, there was an identification of Amen with Helios or the Sun. Diodorus of Sicily reported that the Chaldeans called Cronos (Saturn) by the name Helios, or the Sun, and he explained that this was because Saturn was the most conspicuous of the planets. So, it is very easy to get things all mixed up without referring back to far remote times and references. I believe that it may be to safe to say that in remote times, Saturn was not known as a Black Star. Whereas, the “Black Star” reference to Saturn may be unique in ancient Judaic-Kabbalah beliefs.

In ancient Judaic (kabbalah) beliefs, the Blackstar is referred as Saturn.[49] In ancient Hebrew, Saturn is called “Shabbathai” (Sabbath of Saturn).[50] “Saturn has also been associated with SATAN and this, for numerous reasons. First, many authors argue that the word Satan is derived from the word Saturn. Second, Saturn is associated with the color black as well as Satan. Third, Ancients considered Saturn to be the farthest planet from the sun , the latter being associated with the principle of Good. (Note that Pluto never was considered a planet). Saturn is consequently the celestial body that is the less exposed to the sun’s divine light and thus associated with the coldness of the principle of Evil. One day during the school year of 1998-1999, the principal of Fremont High School in Oakland suddenly cut in front of me with her car as I was walking to the cafeteria for lunch. I was working at the school as a long term sub. She rolled down the car window. She looked perplexed as she asked me a question, “WHO ARE YOU?”

After we argued for what seemed like hours, my dear elder, Dr. Marcus Foster, Superintendent of the Oakland Unified Public Schools confessed almost in tears that he had no power to overrule a ban out of Washington DC that prohibited me from becoming a teacher within the system. It wasn’t just that that frightened me the most, it was Dr. Foster’s face behind the mirror that I really faced. It was a face that I couldn’t see.

I have not been alleged to have been involved in any criminal conduct in over four decades. Yet, I am one of the few people that have an Alameda County Superior Court permanent injunction issued against me that prohibits me from ever applying for a job with the Oakland Unified School District.

Reporter Chauncey Bailey, I had known my dear brother and he knew me far longer than anyone realized. Chauncey was a different kind of brother. I often passed him on the street. He resisted making any eye contact paranormal communications with me as brothers of our era often did. He resisted even saying hello as if I didn’t exist or ever had existed. In Chauncey’s world, I existed yet I didn’t exist. Chauncey’s lack of acknowledgment of my very being (nothingness) didn’t bother me because it was only confirmation that we lived in two totally different realities and worlds. We couldn’t co-exist in the same time and space. Chauncey understood that as well as I. I knew the circles that groomed him. The people of that special inner circle all had (CIA, FBI, etc.) faces behind the mirror. Chauncey had a face hidden behind the mirror.

I also have an odd 2007 Alameda County Superior Court permanent injunction with the force of a million bayonets issued against me by a Luciferian Catholic/Jesuit? Judge that prohibits me from ever coveting the name, MOUNT ZION. She was evil, lowdown and vicious enough to direct county deputy sheriffs to attack me right there in the courtroom. She did it before to the brother of Charles Alex Gregory in the proceedings of his probate case. I wouldn’t cross the threshold of her courtroom. If they wanted me. They would have to come and get me. Her injunction is still broad enough to drive a fleet of trucks through and nobody will touch the case.[1] I had to meet this BEAST when I quietly, at the request of church elders, began to legally under the letter of the law activate, reorganize and manage a Black California Religious Corporation that may have had up to a billion dollars in hidden and stolen assets in and out of the country. The forces involved in the plunder and a pedophile ring of the church promised me DEATH.

This particular Black religious corporation turned out to be far sinister than I could have expected. It was linked directly to the Masonic order, and one of Oakland’s most elite ultra secret Masonic Homosexual/Pedophile rings. While I was working inside this demonic den to try to clean it up and recover some of the assets that belong to the people, Chauncey Bailey showed up in my office with a key to the front door. I shared my office space with a black activist preacher that turned out to be a FBI Ghetto Informant. He was a rare expert in railroad charters, tidal land acts, and public land trusts from a black and people’s perspective. I needed some of his expertise to hypothesize one theory behind the high level assassination of the “Man Nobody Knows”, Oakland’s Black Millionaire and Real Estate Genius Charles Alex Gregory.

The informant gave Chauncey a key to my office. I immediately picked up what I could carry and left. Chauncey wanted to know my office hours, so I started working in the office only on extremely odd hours like 1 or 2 am to the break of dawn.

A U.S. government MK DELTA black angel female assassin out of New Orleans directly linked to the zombie circle of Vacaville Little Prison of Horror and CIA MK ULTRA doctor, James A. Hamilton, and his Black Culture Association (BCA) mind control cohort group, gave me a tangled and cryptic warning about Chauncey. Chauncey was in serious trouble within his deep cover intelligence/counterintelligence inner circle. They were setting him up and they were planning to tie me up in the middle of it as a cover. I’m sure she figured out that I knew what and who she was. I certainty should have been had reasons to be fearful, but I was never afraid of my lost and abused sister. I had not given up hope for her.

Whatever resources, she had and depended upon to support left her in the middle of a river without a paddle with a legal case that nobody would touch. It involved a man that she appeared to have fallen in love with for the first time in her life. They had plans to be husband and wife for life. From listening carefully to her, she had to have been one of most unspeakable MK ULTRA demonic ritually abused child victims that I had ever heard of involving black people. She was reared in and around Voodoo New Orleans. She was extremely intelligent far greater than I understood. She had been attached to some federal agency in New Orleans that she would not specify.

The particular Black religious corporation that I was working on also had its origins in New Orleans and directly involved her very same surname and secret culture. The man that she had loved had been one of Dr. Hamilton’s MK ULTRA’s black zombies in Vacaville’s experimental behavior modification/mind control prison program. In fact, he had been the president of Colston Westbrook and Dr. Hamilton’s BCA. Part of the indirect funding of the cohort group may have come from the U.S. Navy through Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in Menlo Park, CA.[2] Dr. Hamilton‘s group was directly linked to Clique and the SLA– the public consumption pasties for the Assassination of Dr. Marcus Foster.[3]

It was Colston Westbrook , CIA Counter intelligence Agent of the Phoenix Assassination Program in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, that  designed the SLA’s logo (seven headed cobra), This cobra is also known as the Hydra in the secret societies. It was also a secret symbol of counterintelligence operation of the OSS.

The Assassination of Ronald T. Tsukamoto

On that evening of October 1, 1969,  I had been lured to the student union at UC Berkeley on the night that Japanese Berkeley Police Officer, Ronald T. Tsukamoto, was assassinated by black assassins.

Before it hit the news, state and federal black counterintelligence agents attached to undercover CIA Agent Colston Westbrook, chairman of the U.C. black studies department, told me that it had been people very close to me that assassinated Tsukamoto to tie me up in that crime.  I decried the assassination of my brother then and NOW. Even if our elders had granted us approval to step-up the struggle to an open armed offensive, Brother Tsukamoto would have been one to try to bring home to our side, not slaughter in the street in cold blood.

It was extremely hard to believe that anyone close to me murdered Tsukamoto. I was suspect from the very beginning, because everybody close to me knew that our mission was to build bridges and unity between the Black Nationalist Movement and our Yellow Brothers and Sisters, not destroy them. I had absolutely no idea of the extent and degree of federal and state counterintelligence infiltration within the ranks of the movement and personally surrounding myself. I just couldn’t believe that our own people would cold-bloodedly betray the people and go to that extent of murdering Brother  Tsukamoto to destroy the credibility and unity of Black Nationalist Movement.

Female Black Angel Assassin, Human Radiation Medical Experiments  & Colston Westbrook’s Black Cultural Association

To this day, I can’t recall how or why I met that black female government assassin. For cover, she ran a county funded prison reform program in Oakland. But, one day, she was there and I have always been loving and supporting of our sisters. Her one love had died under extremely odd and unusual medical conditions that nobody could figure out. I read and studied most all his medical records on public record. He died from massive internal bleeding, tissue and organ breakdown. All of his internal organs and tissues had turned into oceans of blood. It was like he had been bitten a thousand times by hemotoxin venomous snakes. Hematotoxins are toxins that destroy red blood (that is, cause hemolysis ), disrupt blood clotting, and/or cause organ degeneration and generalized tissue damage.[4]

I took the lead in her pro-se wrongful death and medical malpractice lawsuit against his doctors. I helped her respond immediately to numerous defense demurrers and summary judgment motions. We responded to every single defense pleading. I never asked for a single dime and didn’t expect one. That’s WHO AM I. Subsequently, I understood exactly what he had died from- massive radiation poisoning at Vacaville California Prison Medical Facility.

In response to the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments, Document 3 is a letter dated March 30, 1965, from Dr. James A. Hamilton concerning research under MKULTRA Subproject 140 (at that time renamed MKSEARCH # 3). The letter is requesting a grant to continue research on the “Measurement of Thyroid Function in the Puerperium.” 2 [The “puerperium” is defined as the state of a woman while bearing a child or the period immediately thereafter — i.e., the post-partum period.] The letter notes that the funding will also support “a new series of experiments on 100 prisoner-subjects, in which radio-active iodine uptake of the thyroid and T-4 uptake of red-cells, and several other measures which we have developed, are being related to previously studied variables.”

“… Dr. Hamilton has informed staff that the CIA provided him funds to set up and operate a laboratory … Dr. Hamilton stated that he therefore set up a lab in the Vacaville California Prison Medical Facility and did radioisotope studies to measure thyroid uptake in male prisoners as part of his own research in understanding the effects of the thyroid on post-partum depression… He states that he did, however, provide information to the CIA on the effects of LSD and other drugs based on his clinical experience as a psychiatrist.”[5]

She began to realize that the real parties behind her love’s death was her maker, the CIA. I would have helped her go after the proper parties as a matter of public record, but she would had to reveal what she really knew about him, Dr. Hamilton, BCA and the CIA. It also involved an extremely large and dangerous West Coast [Oakland] Drug Ring linked to the Gambino Mob in New York. In the Black Community, Dr. Hamilton’s Boys operated as a secret Black Mafia.

The web of Dr. Hamilton and Vacaville also involved an in house Operation BLOODSTONE CIA/FBI intelligence/counterintelligence deep cover security specialist, Polish emigrant and SS Nazi, Dr. WILLIAM W. HERRMANN.[6] It was a deep rabbit hole that I had a slim chance if any of coming out alive. She would have broken her blood oath covenant of secrecy, and also lost her life if she told me a little of what she actually knew.

One day at an afternoon public outdoor music festival near my home, she crept upon my back then whispered in my ear that she can take me out anything she get ready. It was another tangled and cryptic warning to be careful. I was in far greater danger from a number of secret unseen forces than I could possibly realize. She had no intent to lift a hand against me.

The Assassination of Chauncey Bailey

On August 2, 2007, while walking up street from my office, Chauncey Bailey’s face was blown off his head, and heart blown out of his body by shotgun blasts by CROSSFIRE from a team of extremely high level seasoned assassins.

Chauncey was executed on one of Oakland’s main business thoroughfares  at 7:30 am during the morning rush hour. They say that Chauncey was killed by a lone 19 year old crackhead, Devaughndre Broussard. He was  so full of crack cocaine that morning, he couldn’t tell his ass from a hole in the ground. Yet, he allegedly pulled off the crime driving a BIG WHITE VAN with NO LICENSE PLATES in the middle of downtown Oakland during morning rush hour. THAT DOG WON’T HUNT.  It’s a giant RABBIT HOLE that needs a further investigation from the people. For further indepth information on the Chauncey Bailey Assassination, please read my series on Brother Chauncey under Princeray.

However, every Negro in Oakland that confessed to have been his friend knew that Chauncey always carried his brown leather briefcase with straps. Chauncey kept his closely guarded information on three or four 3 inch floppy drives that he kept neatly in pockets in his briefcase. I witnessed it firsthand, myself.He was working on sometime very sensitive involving people in high places, much-much higher and important, than the Black Muslim Bakery. He may have working on a story to bail himself out of trouble and ran out of time, AND FRIENDS. Not one of this so-called former friends and associates have shown any guts and the heart to demand to know from the power structure and police, WHERE’s THE BRIEFCASE? A witness said that he had it when he left McDonalds that morning just moments before he was assassinated. Some entity or the assassins removed his briefcase from the crime scene, and the Oakland Police Department didn’t account for it being missing, and wasn’t and still aren’t interested in finding it.

I have some other county injunctions  that prohibit me from attending to Black Folks’ business, but I am not sure or not if they have lapsed or not, but it will not take much to revive any of them against me. I virtually got a top brass police escort out of the city of Oakland, CA.

Well, I didn’t know how to answer the high school principal’s question, WHO ARE YOU. I figured that she had just been specially briefed about me before they could move/laundry millions through the school by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Maybe, I should have asked her or them, “WHO I AM?”

 THE WOMAN BEHIND THE MIRROR & SECRET HOUSE OF THE THIRD REICH

A couple of weeks ago, I discovered that my beautiful elder sister, Dr. Frances Cress Welsing, passed to the other side. Philosophers say that it is better to have loved, than never to have loved at all. What’s love got to do with it? Since the beginning of time, philosophers have known that true LOVE is the glue that holds the stars and universe together. In my eyes for decades, she had been a harbinger of TRUTH. I had loved her as a sister like nobody knows. As the bluesmen say, losing a love, sometimes- we have to walk the backstreets and cry in order to get by. However, fate took a strange twist this time. Again, there was a person behind the mirror that I didn’t see or refused to see. I have discovered that Dr. Frances Cress Welsing and the secret House of the Third Reich that she was associated with- had a great deal to do with making me WHO I AM.

I had first met Dr. Welsing during the 1970s in Los Angeles. I met her through Attorney Legrand H. Clegg II. Brother Clegg is one of the few Kemetic scholars that has attempted to connect and enlighten the masses with the wonders and splendor of Kemet from a Black Perspective. Clegg produced the fantastic and profound “The Clegg Series,” that featured lectures and videos, “When Black Men Ruled the World”.[7]

During that time, Sister Welsing made regular visits to the Los Angeles area to meet with various Kemetic and Melanin scholars like Brother Clegg to further the interest and discussion of Kemetology in the elite scholarly Black Community. At that time, I was only a law student grunt– a Field Hand as Who I am today. I didn’t have any House Negro credentials, family pedigree or professorship to any university to be among these exceptional black scholars. I in no way was on any first or last name basis with any of them except Brother Clegg. I worked with him at a criminal justice legal aid office in the heart of Watts– deep Southeast Los Angeles.

Outstanding African Scholars, Brother Clegg, Ivan Sertima, Majied Mahdi, Runoko Rashidi, Compton College, CA, 1982

Brother Clegg was a lawyer and an outstanding African scholar. I learned a great deal from him. He tried to convince the elite predominantly pedigree House Negro Lawyers in the office to pay attention to the contributions of Black people to civilizations of remote antiquity. He constantly invited them to Black Melanin and Civilizations group meetings led by some of the country’s most elite black scholars in the field like the Late Great Ivan Van Sertima. When Brother Clegg spoke about the meetings, my ears were always open. I always invited myself in on the meetings.

I was always excited when I heard my beautiful sister, DC Psychiatrist Frances Cress Welsing, was in town. I loved my beautiful elder sister so much- maybe a little too much. It was always a THRILL to ride alone with her and pioneer in new frontiers that unchained our minds and lift, lessen the burdens of the hearts of the people.  In In her early lectures, Dr. Welsing was the first person that opened my eyes to the secret U.S. government’s AIDS [Green Velvet Monkey] virus genetic and biological warfare program against people of color. From that day on, I followed her closely. I bought her lecture tapes, and all her books. Unfortunately, she didn’t further develop the AIDS genetic and biological warfare paradigm. Yet, I had surmised that she would be out of job and possibly lose her life if she ventured too far into the ultra top secrets of the government in the heart of the BEAST– Washington DC.

Usually WHO AM I, I always sat in the back of the group soaking up the knowledge. During one of the meetings, I did stand up to interject a question to Dr. Welsing about the Cress Theory, Ramses II and the Sea People invasion of Kemet during the 19th Dynasty. The great pharaoh and his armies killed the invaders by the tens of thousands. The pharaoh’s texts identified some as “white skinned, blond, blue eyed people” –Europeans from the Aegean Area, Anatolia, Central/North Europe and Italy. It is interesting that these people wore DEVIL horned helmets whenever they attacked, invaded and tried to conquer Kemet.[8]

I told my sister that the white genetic annihilation theory had to be adjusted somewhat. If white people were afraid of genetic annihilation by the Blood and DNA of black people, it didn’t make any sense for Europeans to keep trying to invade Canaan, Kemet and Africa throughout the period of remote antiquity. It didn’t support the Black Civilization Paradigm or her universal “Cress Theory” model. Don’t get it twisted, I in no way attempted to challenge my much-loved sister. I supported the Cress Theory, wholeheartedly. It wasn’t like a point of reference from one scholar to another scholar. It wasn’t anything like that. That wasn’t WHO I AM. Being a student of Huey and Bobby, I just inserted myself into the middle of the conversation as a field hand and member of the Black Community trying to naturally expand the study and discussion of her theory to make complete sense of it among the masses.

That evening, she didn’t have an answer, but she did subsequently try to adjust the theory somewhat to try to address the Black Civilizations antiquity issue and the issue of white fear of black genetic annihilation during early civilizations-“When Black Men [and Women] Ruled the World”.

WHO AM I & the Queen’s Bar

In about 1976, I lost access to this inner circle of exceeding and outstanding Black Scholars when I was quietly eased out of my job at the criminal justice center. The justice center had dedicated a majority of its resources to address police brutality and misconduct issues in Watts.

“Without slavery there would be no cotton, without cotton there would be no modern industry.” Karl Marx [9]

The center’s model of addressing police executions, brutality, violence and misconduct was based on a National Lawyers Guild (NLG) model. The NLG was a Communist Party front dedicated to building and expanding its power base among the masses. Don’t get it twisted, we weren’t afraid of the Communist Party. But, as Karl Marx insinuated, “without inferior black people, there would be no white supremacy and a new world order” whether communist or capitalist.

The guild had developed a great deal of influence over the policies of the center. My model of fighting police brutality and misconduct was based on a Black Nationalist Perspective. I fought to organize the people around resistance; criminal prosecutions of police officers; forming a real citizen review board and place the entire LAPD under federal court receivership to immediately guarantee the protection of the constitutional rights of citizens of color.

The president of the NLG worked at the justice center. I worked very closely with him, mainly because despite the threats, he seemed to have had no fear in working with me and going toe to toe with the LAPD. However, his overall view was that Black people could have a revolution in this country, but they (Communist Party) had to control it. A vital tenet of Black Nationalism is that “We Determine Our Own Destiny”. We welcomed their help, support, resources and expertise, but not on condition that they determine our destiny or control the struggle.

The justice center was primarily financed by the city of Los Angeles. The mayor, former police chief Tom Bradley (1973-1993), told our program director that the city would no longer fund the center to lead a Black struggle against its police department. The NLG could and did stay, but I had to go. The secretary staff was shocked and upset at what went down. They told me that it was the first time in program history that a law student had been eased out of job like what happened to me. I had graduated from law school. Graduating law students within the center were always as a matter of policy reclassified into a paid office associate while studying for the bar exam. The associate then moved into a staff attorney position after passing the state bar exam.

The sisters had tears in their eyes as they said farewell, but the house Negroes in the office hid their faces. I was somewhat disappointed but not disheartened. The LAPD had to be one of most atrocious, repressive and deadly police forces in the country. There was no doubt. I had been very afraid for everyone on the street involved in the front line against the city and law enforcement terror in the community. These people didn’t play games. We didn’t play games, either. I had black helicopters flying over my home, and over our community meetings to constantly intimidate and terrorize us.

We lost one good brother that we loved. After he passed, his family members were afraid to talk about it or reveal any details of his death. He died under some very suspicious circumstances as I was told from the street. He had been a former heroin addict and police informer. He crossed over to our side. I know that his Love for the People was genuine. They killed him for betraying them, when they pushed him to betray us. That’s the way they roll. But our love for this courageous brother and his example shall never die.

In the struggle, you must expect the dragon to roar. If you don’t make that dragon scream, rise up and snap its tail, you’re not being effective. However, I must say that in Los Angeles, it didn’t take too much for the dragon of repression to snap its tail when the people rise up against the establishment on any level. I also virtually got another lonely police state one-way ticket out of the city of Los Angeles, CA.

WHO AM I, The Welsing AIDS Paradigm & Henrietta Lacks

Since the 1970s, I had diligently pursued the Cress Welsing’s AIDS [Green Velvet Monkey] virus genetic and biological warfare paradigm. From among one of the country’s leading AIDS virus genetic and biological warfare public advocates, Dr. Alan Cantwell, I discovered an important postulate about He-La Cells [Henrietta Lacks] that had the potential to be a game changer that could move the conscious of the global masses, as long as we controlled the narrative from a basic Black Perspective.

In late 1993 or early 1994, I packaged and formed the postulate along with detailed references to the book, Michael Gold’s “Conspiracy of Cells: One Woman’s Immortal Legacy and the Medical Scandal It Caused”, and a copy of Alan Cantwell’s book, “Aids and the Doctor’s of Death”. I had postulated that the Lacks’ family had no interest or patent rights to the He-La Cells [Henrietta Lacks] that could be worth millions if not billions of dollars in the 1990s. I sent out two packages. One was sent to Washington DC asking that my dear sister, Dr. Frances Cress Welsing, be ever so kind enough to just inquire into status of the Lacks’ family in nearby Baltimore. Once, I got back some basic answers, then the planning and strategy could begin.

Again, WHO AM I? I was not and never have been on a name-to-name basis with Dr. Welsing. Don’t get it twisted, I loved my wise sister and it would have been a great honor if it had been so. But, it wasn’t. She knew me no more than a man on the moon. Of course, I introduced myself and my past association in Los Angeles with brother Legrand H. Clegg II where I first met her. Nevertheless, I didn’t receive even an acknowledgement of receipt or thank you note at the very least. As one of our beloved MA’AT scholars and professionals, I expected but should have demanded an accountability to the PEOPLE.

In October 1994, I was walking pass an Oakland city newsstand. I spotted it. “Henrietta Lacks: An Unsung Hero,” Emerge Magazine 6, no. 1 (October 1994) by Harriet A. Washington of Harvard University featured very prominently in a street window. My package had been turned over to the Medical Ethics Department at Harvard University Medical School. The Harvard Medical School is a CIA MK ULTRA/MONARCH institution.[10]

Since WWII, the CIA and Pentagon have secretly funneled special interest medical research materials from the Nazis (SS and Gestapo Dachau Mescaline Interrogation Experiments) to the Harvard Medical School for classified analysis and special operational planning through MK ULTRA/MONARCH programs.[11] Henrietta Lacks became the center subject of two landmark books, Harriet A. Washington’s Medical Apartheid: The Dark History of Medical Experimentation on Black Americans from Colonial Times to the Present (2006); and Rebecca Skloot’s The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks (2010).

Harriet Washington had a fellowship from the Harvard School of Public Health. In 1997, she won a John S. Knight Fellowship at Stanford University, and 2002 was named a Research Fellow in Medical Ethics at Harvard Medical School. Medical Apartheid won the 2007 National Book Critics Circle Award for non fiction.[12]

Rebecca L. Skloot is a freelance science writer who specializes in science and medicine. Her first book, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks was one of the best-selling new books of 2010, staying on the New York Times Bestseller List  for over 2 years, eventually reaching #1 and optioned to be made into a movie by Oprah Winfrey.[13]

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) director Francis S. Collins and deputy director Kathy L. Hudson, they developed an unusual landmark agreement with Henrietta Lacks’ descendants in 2013. After several discussions with the family, the NIH agreed to control access to the full HeLa sequence data and to include two members of the Lacks family on the HeLa Genome Data Access Working Group at NIH. The agreement does not provide the Lacks family with proceeds from any commercial products that may be developed from research on the HeLa genome. But, from what I understand, they did receive some form of compensation from the state of Maryland or other sources prior to the agreement.[14]

However, my plan was for the family to meet with a team of concerned professionals, copyright, patent lawyers and experts before going public or contacting John Hopkins. They don’t even have any copyright protections to the Henrietta Lacks’ story or image. They still have no interest in the HeLa patent worth costless millions in past and future profits. As you see, the Henrietta Lacks story had been a potential game changer worth millions and so much more to her family and Black community that has continually been victimized and targeted for clandestine and unwitting human medical experimentation violating the Nuremberg Code, if we had controlled the narrative. Part of the Black narrative of the Henrietta Lacks story left out is that she was part of the U.S. government’s secret mass human guinea pig human radiation experimental program of the 1950s. Her human rights were violated three-fold. They shot her up with what seemed to be a massive experimental amount of radioactive material. They killed her, then harvested her cells for vast profits when they in turn became radioactive and began to split and multiple on its own (immortally) after the death of its host for the first time in history.

I have no proof that Dr. Welsing turned the materials over to Harvard. I loved her so that I never questioned her. WHO WAS I to question her. So LOVELY on an island have I been since October 2, 2010 when my THRILL and love for my sister was publicly declared- GONE (see The Commercial Exploitation of Henrietta Lacks: MK ULTRA & Revision of U.S. Human Radiation Experimentation History).  But in this case, the hurt became very special and personal, AND SO CLOSE TO MY HEART AND SOUL THAT BECAME A PART OF WHO I AM.

PART I: COLLABORATING WITH NAZIS

The Buchenwald Touch, Frances Cress Welshing & the DC Children’s Hospital

The bottom line is that Dr. Welsing was a [Anna] Freudian/Marxist U.S. government (Tavistock) psychiatrist like the vast majority of her colleagues.[15] She was trained at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington DC from 1963 to 1966. From 1966 to 1969, she was on staff at DC Children’s Hospital.

They Just Walked Away From Forest Haven

“[DC Children’s Hospital] They’re killed one day at a time because people don’t pay attention and then no one finds out the real cause of death.”[16] Sadly, part of the DC Children’s Hospital was the D.C. Training School in Laurel, Maryland, called Forest Haven. “This place seems like the saddest version of Hotel California because mentally disabled children and adults were checked in, but could only check out by dying. Forest Haven history is dark and demented, full of epic abuses, criminal neglect and atrocities like rape.”[17]

Children at DC Children’s Center were used as human guinea pigs for both private industry and the U.S. government. Forest Haven Children were injected with radioactive iodine. Seventeen (17) Laurel Center children were used to study thyroid hormone metabolism in children.  The children were injected with thyroxin mixed with radioactive iodine to aid doctors in tracing a body process.[18]

Among the experiments at the center was the testing of NeoBazine, a diet pill, commonly referred to as “rainbow pills.” They contained thyroxin, which caused tremors, nervousness, insomnia, and tachycardia. Children were used to test diseases, and test a drug for skin diseases, which doctors strongly suspected caused serious side effects to the human liver. More than half the children tested suffered some liver dysfunction. Eight were admitted to D.C. General Hospital for intensive care.[19] That’s only a small part of the horror story at DC Children’s Hospital. It was also a MK ULTRA/MONARCH mind control experimental site that nobody seems to care about.[20]

They Just Walked Away and Abandoned St. Elizabeths, Too

Dr. Welsing said that she began writing about racism while training in psychiatry at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. In taking down the medical histories of patients, Dr. Welsing said she found that among Black patients at St. Elizabeth’s racism always played a pivotal role in their malaise.[21] St. Elizabeths was a Federal Hospital Facility for the insane in Washington DC. It was created in August 1852 when the U.S. Congress appropriated $100,000 for the construction of a mental hospital in Washington, D.C.; to provide care for indigent, mentally ill residents of the District of Columbia, as well as for the insane of the U.S. Army and Navy.[22]

Secret U.S. Government Ritual Trauma Abuse Based Mind Control programs were directly developed under the direction, control, influence and collaboration of NAZIS. The programs included Project CHATTER (established 1947), and BLUEBIRD (also established 1947), which operated for about two years, 1949 through summer 1951. Joining the CIA in Project BLUEBIRD was the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force. Since WWII, St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington DC had been used as one of the U.S. government’s most notorious secret underground Nazi Ritual Trauma Abuse Based Mind Control Houses.[23]

PART II: DR. OVERHOLSER, ST. ELIZABETHS & UNDERGROUND HOUSE OF THE THIRD REICH

 St. Elizabeths Hospital: Den of Luciferian Freemasonry and Mind Control

Since the 1930’s, St. Elizabeth Hospital had been run by Luciferian Dr. Winfred Overholser. Overholser was a Mason; received 33°, honorary (SJ) in 1957. He was awarded the coveted Gourgas Medal, highest decoration of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Northern Jurisdiction. He was raised in Siloam Lodge, Westborough, Massachusetts in January 1918. He was a member of Aleppo Shrine Temple, Boston, and National Sojourners at Bethesda, Md. He was demitted (honorable withdrawal) from Jerusalem Chapter No. 8, Royal Arm Masons, N.Y.C., and Boston Commandery No. 1, Boston, Mass.[24]

Dr. Overholser was an OSS agent, fluent in the German language. He was an inner circle family member of the secret House of the Third Reich. He was the overall leader of MASONIC secret research into mind-control. He was the Scottish Rite Strategist of mind control. In 1938, they financed expatriated Nazi Jew, Psychiatrist Franz J. Kallmann’s schizophrenia studies. Kallmann’s so-called scholarly American study was used by the Nazi government’s T4 unit as a part of its pretext to begin in 1939- the murder of mental patients and various other “DEFECTIVE” people, many or most of them children. Lethal gas and lethal injections were used to kill 200-250,000 under this program, in which the T4 staff were desensitized and trained for a broader program of mass murder.[25]
